SWAMPSCOTT Swampscott High School’s Deca program is holding a fundraiser on October 13th at the Swampscott High School football game to help Muscular Dystrophy,

DECA is taking part in a miracle minute fundraiser for the muscular dystrophy association. They will be collecting money during halftime of Saturday’s varsity football game against Revere. The DECA members will only be walking around for one minute, so be sure to donate as soon as you can.

Muscular Dystrophy causes weakness and loss of muscle mass. Most symptoms start to appear during early childhood, and can not be cured. Any donation would help get researchers one step closer to a cure.
